Level 2 Homebuyer Report
For modern houses and flats in reasonable condition, the Level 2 Homebuyer Report gives all essential facts in a concise layout. We inspect all accessible parts, rating each element green, amber or red so issues stand out instantly. You also receive a current market valuation and insurance rebuild cost—figures most lenders need. Typical fees run from £425 + VAT for a one-bed flat to about £575 + VAT for a three-bed semi.
