Level 2 Homebuyer Report
For modern houses and flats in reasonable condition, the Level 2 Homebuyer Report provides all the essentials in a concise format. We inspect accessible parts inside and out, rating each element green, amber or red so issues stand out instantly. You also receive a current market valuation and insurance rebuild cost—figures most lenders need. Typical fees run from £425 + VAT for a one-bed flat to around £575 + VAT for a three-bed semi. The inspection takes about two hours and we deliver the report within two working days—often next-day when diaries allow. If we spot anything serious, we call you right after the visit. Red Book Valuation
When solicitors, lenders, courts or HMRC demand a value that stands up to scrutiny, our Red Book service provides the answer.
