Red Book Valuation

A RICS Registered Valuer visits in person, measures the property, records its condition and analyses comparable sales from the last six months. Every figure and assumption follows the RICS Valuation – Global Standards (the “Red Book”).
Fees start at £350 + VAT for a city-centre studio and reach £650 + VAT for larger or unusual homes. Reports are usually ready within five working days, with a 48-hour express option if you’re on a deadline. You’ll receive a signed PDF and, if required, a hard copy. We’re also happy to liaise directly with your lender or solicitor to keep the process smooth.
